Poor Men Love Big Breasts, The Rich Prefer Them Smaller –Study

Rich men love women with small breasts, the poor love those with big bust, study says. There has always been the wonder of whether men prefer a bigger breasted women, or a women with a smaller chest. And it turns out, it all comes down to how much money they earn! Two studies dating back several years have finally shed some light on the question, pointing out some surprising factors. Psychologists Viren Swami and Martin Tovée conducted a study which investigated whether men’s access to resources would influence their preferences for breast size in women. They carried out two experiments in which they tested whether men who lack material goods would find larger breasts more desirable than men who do have material goods. For the first experiment, they explored the relationship between financial security and men’s preferences in breast size. Former Brazilian international Ronaldinho Gaúcho has paid tribute to Ghanaian diplomat Kofi Annan who passed on over the weekend. Kofi Annan was pronounced dead in Switzerland after an illness. The celebrated Ghanaian envoy made a big name for himself around the globe with his huge contribution as the Secretary-General for the United Nations. Court orders auction of property of former NDC MP and Miss Ghana Queen over huge debt

An Accra Commercial Court has ordered for the auction of a 4×4 cross-country vehicle belonging to one Hon. Benita Sena Golomeke, a former National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) Ledzokuku constituency be auctioned to defray a debt she owes. NDC Polls: Chair-aspirants to pay GHC10,000 – Asiedu Nketia

60-year-old man stabs friend for preventing him from marrying his long time lover

Residents of Oboosi, a town near Twifo Praso in the Western region are still in shock following a brawl between two best friends which turned bloody. 60-year-old Opayin Donkor is said to have stabbed his friend Agya Kofi Fofie, 50 for preventing him from marrying his long time lover. According to report, the suspect had presented GH₵350 and a bottle of schnapps to the family of his love whose name was given as Eno Akosua as bride price. Bismarck Kofi Gyabah, a local report of Adehyie FM Bibiani said prior to the marriage ceremony, father of the bride demanded to see Opayin Donkor manhood before handing over his daughter. Akufo-Addo signs Kofi Annan condolence book

President Nana Akufo-Addo has signed a book of condolence in honour of late former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan. Mr Akufo-Addo paid a visit to the family of the late international diplomat on Sunday, 19 August 2018 and signed the book. Nana Akufo-Addo wrote in the book: “A great Ghanaian who served his country, Africa and humanity with dignity and humility, has left us to join his Maker. Ghana has suffered a great loss from his passing. He brought great renown to our nation, and it is my wish that our nation honours him fully on his passing. God bless him and grant him a peaceful place of abode in his bosom.” Mr Annan died in Berne, Switzerland at the hospital on Saturday, 18 August. His family said he died peacefully. He was 80. See all the GHC3.7bn ‘suspicious transactions’ of uniBank

Accounting and auditing firm, KPMG, has, in its 278-page report on the financial health of now-defunct uniBank, stated that the local bank was enmeshed in “suspicious transactions” to the tune of GHS3.7 billion with withdrawals from a particular account called ‘Other Assets’ by shareholders and their related parties, hitting GHS10.8 billion in value. The Bank of Ghana recently fused uniBank together with four other struggling local banks: The Beige Bank, The Royal Bank, The Construction Bank and Sovereign Bank, to form the Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited. uniBank has criticised the central bank for not hearing its side of issues and also refusing to give shareholders copies of the KPMG report. 43-year-old hunter granted GH¢20,000 bail

A 43-year-old hunter, who mistook a farmer for a game and shot him has been granted bail in the sum of GH¢20,000, with one surety to be justified by the Tarkwa circuit court. The accused, Samuel Akwasi Manu, pleaded guilty with explanation to the charge of causing harm. Manu in his explanation told the court that, he paid Clement Karayo’s medical bills after the incident. He further stated that the victim demanded GH¢60,000 from him as compensation, but he offered him a sum of GH¢5,000, which Karayo refused and insisted on the amount he requested for. The trial judge, Mr Emmanuel Bart-Plange Brew, after hearing Manu’s explanation entered a plea of not guilty for the case to be heard. Shoot anyone who attacks you – DCE tells Police [Audio]

Asunafo South District Chief Executive, Osei Bonsu, has asked the police in the area to shoot down any civilian who attacks policemen. He was speaking at a durbar organised by the Omanhene of Kukuom, Osahene Nana Kwaku Attekyi II, to educate residents about the creation of the new Ahafo Region and its significance. The DCE asked residents to keep politics out of the creation of the new region, urging the police to gun down any recalcitrant characters who may attack them. Ban on galamsey lifted

The Government of Ghana has lifted the ban placed on all small-scale mining activities across the country. This was announced by the Chairman of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining, Professor Kwabena Frimpong Boateng, who is also Minister for Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation, at a meeting with journalists in Accra on Thursday, 16 August 2018. “We can imagine that this decision to lift the ban will elicit varied responses from Ghanaians,” he stated adding that: “There will be many who will say that the water bodies are still polluted and so the ban must be maintained. UEW Vice Chancellor, four others dismissed

The governing council of the University of Education, Winneba, has dismissed five principal officers of the institution following an emergency meeting on Monday. One other official has had her appointment terminated. The five are the Vice-Chancellor who was serving a suspension, Professor Mawutor Avoke, Finance Officer, Dr. Theophilus Senyo Ackorlie, Daniel Tetteh, Mary Dzimey and Frank Owusu Boateng. They were interdicted in July 2017 by the UEW governing council to allow for investigations after it emerged that some vital documents at some offices at the centre of an ongoing investigation had gone missing. Bullet no longer manages Ebony

Ricky Nana Agyemang known in showbiz as Bullet has announced that he is no longer the manager of the late musician, Ebony Reigns. He has therefore, handed over the unreleased songs of the late dancehall artiste to her father, Nana Opoku Kwarteng. After the burial of Ebony, her father accused Bullet of unfair treatment with regards to proceeds from his late daughter’s memorial concert. A statement by RuffTown Records on Tuesday, 14 August 2018 said: “RuffTown Records wishes to announce to the fans and the general public that the record label is no more interested in releasing unreleased songs of the late Priscilla Opoku Kwarteng professionally known as Ebony Reigns who is the reigning VGMA Artiste of the Year 2018 as promised.” The release also added that: “The label will not be releasing any songs from the 90’s Bad Girl.
